By booking any service with Gravity Pets Home, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they exist to keep every pet in our care safe.
Liability Release
By booking a service, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Gravity Pets Home for injuries or damages arising during the ordinary course of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Participation & Behaviour
We reserve the right to exclude any pet exhibiting behaviour that could endanger staff or other pets. While our team supervises every pet to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee individual behaviour at all times.
Health Requirements
All pets must be current on core vaccinations before boarding, day care, grooming or training: dogs require Rabies and DHLPP; cats require Rabies and Distemper. We confirm each pet is free of fleas, ticks and intestinal worms on arrival — any necessary flea/tick treatment during the stay will be charged to the owner.
Off-Leash Play
By boarding your pet or booking park time, you authorise supervised off-leash group play and use of agility equipment, and acknowledge the small risk of minor nicks or scratches from normal rough-housing.
Kennel Cough & Shared-Facility Risk
Even fully vaccinated dogs carry some risk of contracting canine cough in any multi-pet facility, as no vaccine is 100% effective. We follow strict hygiene protocols to minimise this risk.
Medical Authority
For non-emergencies, our team uses its best judgement to determine appropriate care in consultation with our on-call vet. Any resulting medical costs are the owner's responsibility.
Late Pickup
If a pet is not collected at the agreed time, we will take whatever action is necessary to continue safe care, in line with Animal Welfare Board of India guidelines, and may apply additional charges.
