It affects any rights you may have if you, your dog(s)\/cat(s), or anybody you bring along to daycare, boarding and other services are injured or otherwise suffer damages while participating in daycare, boarding and other services at Gravity Pets Home.<\/span><\/p>

It also states your responsibilities regarding fees and expectations associated with daycare, boarding and other services at Gravity Pets Home.<\/span><\/p>

I, (participant\/guardian\/owner) of dog(s)\/cat(s) hereby agree to the following covenants described below regarding the daycare, boarding and other services at Gravity Pets Home. I further release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Gravity Pets Home and any of the officers, servants, agents, employees and volunteers of the above-mentioned entities (hereinafter referred to as RELEASES) for any liability, claim and\/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that occurs as a result of my participation in the below-described activities.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Participation in daycare, boarding and other services is voluntary. We reserve the right to excuse any dog(s)\/cat(s) from daycare, boarding and other services at any time for negative behaviour.<\/span><\/li>
  2. It is the client\u2019s choice to bring other people to the daycare area at his or her risk and it is the participant\u2019s sole responsibility to ensure their safety and well-being.<\/span><\/li>
  3. RELEASEES do not guarantee a dog(s)\/cat(s) behavior at any time, during or outside of daycare and boarding. We can only evaluate and supervise to the best of our ability.<\/span><\/li>
  4. I further understand that Gravity Pets Home has relied upon my representation that my dog(s)\/cat(s) is in good health and has not injured or shown aggression or threatening behaviour to any person or dog in admitting my dog for services at their facility.<\/span><\/li>
  5. I represent that my pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations. For dogs, this includes Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies; for cats, Distemper and Rabies. I agree to provide current vaccination records before boarding and confirm that my pet is free of fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, and other parasites. If parasites are found, I understand that <\/span>Gravity Pets Home<\/b> will administer flea and tick treatment at my expense.<\/span><\/li>
  6. RELEASEES are not responsible for any incident or accident arising from the travel to the daycare, boarding and other services sessions or after leaving daycare, boarding and other services, nor are they responsible for any incident or accident arising from the travel to and from an offsite dog(s)\/cat(s) grooming facility should you request your dog(s)\/cat(s)be taken for grooming.<\/span><\/li>
  7. Gravity Pets Home hereby has permission to use any photos\/videos taken of you and\/or your dog(s)\/cat(s) during boarding for advertising purposes.<\/span><\/li>
  8. Day care dog(s)\/cat(s) will be supervised at all times. However, any time groups of dogs play off leash together there is a chance for injury. By signing below I\u2019m giving permission for my dog(s)\/cat(s) to play off leash with other dog(s)\/cat(s) and play on agility equipment while in the day care facility. I understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialisation of dogs. I agree that the benefits outweigh the risks and that I accept the risks. I desire a socialised environment for my dog(s)\/cat(s) while attending the services provided by Play Pet Boarding and while in their care. I understand that while the socialisation and play are closely monitored by Gravity Pets Home staff to prevent injury, it is still possible that during the course of normal play my dog(s)\/cat(s) may receive minor nicks and scratches from rough housing with other dog(s)\/cat(s).<\/span><\/li>
  9. I am aware that by leaving my pet in a multi-pet facility, pets are at a higher risk of contracting canine cough (kennel cough). Canine cough (kennel cough) is similar to the flu in humans and, while all dogs in our care are vaccinated, no vaccination is 100% effective. Interaction with other dogs carries inherent risks. However, I understand that my pet will be kept separated from any other pet.<\/span><\/li>
  10. I further understand that RELEASES will not be liable, financially or otherwise, for injuries to my dog(s)\/cat(s), me or any property of mine while my dog(s)\/cat(s) is participating in services provided by Play Pet Boarding. I hereby release Gravity Pets Home of any liability of any kind arising from my dog(s)\/cat(s)participation in any and all services provided by Gravity Pets Home.<\/span><\/li>
  11. I further understand that I am solely responsible, financially or otherwise, for any harm or damage caused by my dog(s)\/cat(s) while my dog(s)\/cat(s) is attending any services by Gravity Pets Home.<\/span><\/li>
  12. I further understand and agree that any problems with my dog(s)\/cat(s), behavioural, medical or otherwise will be treated as deemed best by staff of Gravity Pets Home in their sole discretion, and in what they view as the best interest of the animal. I understand that I assume full financial responsibility and all liability for any and all expenses involved in regards to the behaviour and health of my dog(s)\/cat(s).<\/span><\/li>
  13. If your dog(s)\/cat(s) does become ill or injured in what is deemed by RELEASES as non-emergency, and we are unable to reach you Please perform whatever services the doctor deems necessary for the best care of my pet until someone can be reached and I shall pay the expenses for the medical services required as deemed right by a qualified veterinarian.<\/span><\/li>
  14. I understand that if my dog(s)\/cat(s) is not picked up on time or by a date specified in a separate agreement I hereby authorise Gravity Pets Home to take whatever action is deemed necessary for the continuing care of my dog(s)\/cat(s). I will pay Gravity Pets Home the cost of any such continuing care upon demand by Gravity Pets Home. I understand that if I do not pick up my animal, Gravity Pets Home will proceed according to guidelines provided by Animal Welfare Board of India. I also acknowledge that I will be fully responsible for all attorneys\u2019 fees and associated costs if I abandon my dog(s)\/cat(s).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Less than 48 hours: No refund.<\/span><\/li>
    • 48hrs – 7 days prior: 50% credit towards future stays.<\/span><\/li>
    • More than 7 days prior: Full credit towards future stays.<\/span><\/li>

I, (participant\/guardian\/owner) of dog(s)\/cat(s) hereby agree to the following covenants described below regarding the daycare, boarding and other services at Gravity Pets Home. I further release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Gravity Pets Home and any of the officers, servants, agents, employees and volunteers of the above-mentioned entities (hereinafter referred to as RELEASES) for any liability, claim and\/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that occurs as a result of my participation in the below-described activities. Participation in daycare, boarding and other services is voluntary. We reserve the right to excuse any dog(s)\/cat(s) from daycare, boarding and other services at any time for negative behaviour. It is the client\u2019s choice to bring other people to the daycare area at his or her risk and it is the participant\u2019s sole responsibility to ensure their safety and well-being. RELEASEES do not guarantee a dog(s)\/cat(s) behavior at any time, during or outside of daycare and boarding. We can only evaluate and supervise to the best of our ability. I further understand that Gravity Pets Home has relied upon my representation that my dog(s)\/cat(s) is in good health and has not injured or shown aggression or threatening behaviour to any person or dog in admitting my dog for services at their facility. I represent that my pet is up-to-date on all required vaccinations. For dogs, this includes Bordetella, DHLPP, and Rabies; for cats, Distemper and Rabies. I agree to provide current vaccination records before boarding and confirm that my pet is free of fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, and other parasites. If parasites are found, I understand that Gravity Pets Home will administer flea and tick treatment at my expense. RELEASEES are not responsible for any incident or accident arising from the travel to the daycare, boarding and other services sessions or after leaving daycare, boarding and other services, nor are they responsible for any incident or accident arising from the travel to and from an offsite dog(s)\/cat(s) grooming facility should you request your dog(s)\/cat(s)be taken for grooming. Gravity Pets Home hereby has permission to use any photos\/videos taken of you and\/or your dog(s)\/cat(s) during boarding for advertising purposes. Day care dog(s)\/cat(s) will be supervised at all times. However, any time groups of dogs play off leash together there is a chance for injury. By signing below I\u2019m giving permission for my dog(s)\/cat(s) to play off leash with other dog(s)\/cat(s) and play on agility equipment while in the day care facility. I understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialisation of dogs. I agree that the benefits outweigh the risks and that I accept the risks. I desire a socialised environment for my dog(s)\/cat(s) while attending the services provided by Play Pet Boarding and while in their care. I understand that while the socialisation and play are closely monitored by Gravity Pets Home staff to prevent injury, it is still possible that during the course of normal play my dog(s)\/cat(s) may receive minor nicks and scratches from rough housing with other dog(s)\/cat(s). I am aware that by leaving my pet in a multi-pet facility, pets are at a higher risk of contracting canine cough (kennel cough). Canine cough (kennel cough) is similar to the flu in humans and, while all dogs in our care are vaccinated, no vaccination is 100% effective. Interaction with other dogs carries inherent risks. However, I understand that my pet will be kept separated from any other pet. I further understand that RELEASES will not be liable, financially or otherwise, for injuries to my dog(s)\/cat(s), me or any property of mine while my dog(s)\/cat(s) is participating in services provided by Play Pet Boarding. I hereby release Gravity Pets Home of any liability of any kind arising from my dog(s)\/cat(s)participation in any and all services provided by Gravity Pets Home. I further understand that I am solely responsible, financially or otherwise, for any harm or damage caused by my dog(s)\/cat(s) while my dog(s)\/cat(s) is attending any services by Gravity Pets Home. I further understand and agree that any problems with my dog(s)\/cat(s), behavioural, medical or otherwise will be treated as deemed best by staff of Gravity Pets Home in their sole discretion, and in what they view as the best interest of the animal. I understand that I assume full financial responsibility and all liability for any and all expenses involved in regards to the behaviour and health of my dog(s)\/cat(s). If your dog(s)\/cat(s) does become ill or injured in what is deemed by RELEASES as non-emergency, and we are unable to reach you Please perform whatever services the doctor deems necessary for the best care of my pet until someone can be reached and I shall pay the expenses for the medical services required as deemed right by a qualified veterinarian. I understand that if my dog(s)\/cat(s) is not picked up on time or by a date specified in a separate agreement I hereby authorise Gravity Pets Home to take whatever action is deemed necessary for the continuing care of my dog(s)\/cat(s). I will pay Gravity Pets Home the cost of any such continuing care upon demand by Gravity Pets Home. I understand that if I do not pick up my animal, Gravity Pets Home will proceed according to guidelines provided by Animal Welfare Board of India.
