Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment, please contact us at least 24-hrs in advance. Last minute cancellations will incur an additional Rs.500/- added to the next appointment.
- Pets must be healthy and free of external parasites. Pre-booking is required, and specific requests must be stated in advance.
